Chuangzhi Cloud City is located on the west side of Xili Central District in Nanshan, Shenzhen, and is the start-up area of the Liuxiandong Strategic Emerging Industry Headquarters Base. The total area is 13.73 hectares, including 13 buildings, and the total construction area is about 1,362,100 square meters (including 6 super high-rise buildings of 130-250 meters). It is mainly composed of industrial buildings, talent apartments, commercial and public supporting facilities.

According to the approval of the municipal government, the Liuxiandong Headquarters Base 1 Neighborhood Project is positioned as a “smart e-community for the new generation of information industry”, combining AI and big data platforms with mobile Internet and IoT as the key development direction of the industry, it will strive to create a pioneering highland for a new generation of information technology industry clusters and a demonstration area for advanced urban construction models.
